Course

Are baby strollers allowed on course?

Yes, please start in the back of the pack and stay to the right, when out on course, so runners can safely pass.

Where do the races start?

All events will start and finish at S. Livermore Ave & First Street. For the full itinerary of start times, check out our “Race” page.

Are bikes, hoverboards, scooters, skateboards, push bikes, unicycles or wagons allowed on course?

No, due to safety concerns, only baby strollers/joggers and wheelchairs are allowed on the course. We ask those with baby strollers/joggers to stage toward the back of the start line chute and stay to the right to not impede faster participants.

Can I walk the course?

Half: Yes, we just ask that you complete the Half course in three (3) hours or less, which is a 13:45 minute per mile pace. Roads will reopen at 10am, so please be sure to check your pace to ensure a positive experience.

Are there aid stations on course?

Our Half Marathon will have an aid station around every two miles (six total). Each aid station will have water, sports drink, and portable bathrooms. Our aid station at mile 8 will also feature energy gels.

Registration

Can I transfer, defer or upgrade/downgrade?

Yes, we offer several great options to transfer to another event or defer to a future year. To make the those edits, please visit EDIT REGISTRATION. We also offer insurance if purchased with your original entry - claims can be placed here.

Where do I park on race morning?

Street parking as well as a main downtown lot and parking structures are plentiful throughout the Downtown area near our Start Line. PARKING MAP HERE

We strongly suggest carpooling, Lyft, Uber, Gig Car Share, bikeshare and arriving early, so we’re able to close streets and start the race on time.

How can I be a volunteer?

We can never have too many volunteers! Find out what volunteer job might fit you best and sign up here.

Where are the restrooms?

Portable toilets will be located next to the start/finish line chute, along with hand washing stations.
